Shipping & Delivery

 

  • All deliveries are pending approval and merchandise availability.  Orders are processed Monday-Friday. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

  • Standard shipping typically arrives between 4-10 business days depending on your address. 

  • Standard service is provided with final delivery via the United States Postal Service. Delivery can be expected within 4-10 business days once your items have shipped, depending on your address, Monday through Saturday. You will receive an order and shipping confirmation email, so you can track your order.

  • Saturday delivery is not available for Overnight Shipping and Express shipping.

  • 2-3 Day and Overnight orders must be in before Noon EST to ship out same business day. After Noon EST, orders will ship the following business day.

  • 2-3 Day and Overnight orders are delivered Monday-Friday. They are NOT delivered Saturday or Sunday.

  • Watch for an email from us. We may need additional information to process your order.

  • The Fanspired, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

United States and Puerto Rico Delivery Details

Standard Shipping

Express shipping typically arrives between 2-3 business days.

Processing time does not allow for any issues that may occur during payment authorization.

Overnight

Orders must be submitted Monday-Friday by NOON EST to ship the same day.
Overnight orders are delivered Monday-Friday. Weekend delivery is not available.
Overnight orders placed after NOON EST will ship the following business day.
Please note that a signature may be required upon delivery.

Hawaii and Alaska

Alaska shipping typically arrives between 16-18 business days.
Hawaii shipping typically arrives between 12-15 business days.
Hawaii and Alaska orders are delivered Monday - Friday. This option is NOT available for delivery on Saturday or Sunday.

Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

A: Nope.

Q: I haven’t received my item. Who should I contact?

A: All orders are processed Monday through Friday but are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If you still think your order is missing in action, give us a call at (813) 253-9603. If no one is available to take your call, please leave a message.

 

Q: Why doesn't the FedEx or USPS web site recognize the tracking number for an order I placed?

A: Your tracking number won’t be recognized until approximately 24 hours after your order has shipped. This is the time needed for their online tracking system to update. Try tracking your package again the following day and follow it to your front door!

Q: How will you notify me if there is a problem with my order?

A: All order communication is done via email, so it’s important that your email address is accurate and current.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

  • All clearance items purchased on TheFanspired.com are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned.

  • Merchandise cannot be returned if washed or worn and must be in original packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, we don’t accept exchanges or returns of earrings, cosmetics, panties, lingerie sets, tights or similar intimate items. These items are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange, credit or refund.

  • Exchanges/returns must be initiated within 30 days of TheFanspired.com's shipping confirmation date. TheFanspired items sell quickly, so contact us as soon as possible to make exchanges.

  • Allow 2-4 weeks for processing exchanges/returns.

  • You're responsible for selecting your preferred shipping carrier and method. We recommend using one that can be insured and tracked. The Fanspired is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

  • If you are attempting to exchange or return a Funko POP! figure, here's some things you need to know. POP! figures are mass-produced. As a result, minor variations occur during the manufacturing process. These variations can include slight creases or scuff marks on the packaging. While we wish everyone could receive a pristine box, it isn’t always the case. Please note that a box flaw is not considered a true defect as long as the POP! figure itself is unaffected.

  • Return your original item by filling out the fields in the return form here, including the SKU number, item description, quantity, and reason code for each returned item.

  • Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed return form.

  • You're responsible for selecting your preferred shipping carrier and method. We recommend using one that can be insured and tracked. The Fanspired is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

  • You will not be reimbursed for your original or return postage.

  • You will not receive a refund for your original charge until we receive your returned item.

  • You will not be charged to ship your exchange, unless you request upgraded shipping.

Q: What types of payment do you accept?

A: TheFanspired.com accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and ATM/debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo through Square. You may also pay with PayPal.

Please note: TheFanspired.com does not accept personal checks, cash or paper gift certificates as payment.

Q: How do I pay with PayPal on TheFanspired.com? 
A: At checkout, you can select PayPal as a payment option.

Q: Can I split the payment for my order between PayPal and another form of payment?
A: Sorry, no. If you are using PayPal, you will not be able to use any other form of payment on that order.

Q: How do I return or exchange something if I have paid with PayPal?
A: As with any return or exchange, you must contact TheFanspired Customer Service and they will help you through the process. 

Q: If I am using PayPal, can I still choose to have it shipped to a different address than my billing address? 
A: You may choose a different shipping address for your order, however, the billing address on your PayPal account must match the billing address on your TheFanspired.com order. If you choose to use PayPal Express, your billing address will be imported automatically.

 

Q: Why isn't my PayPal payment going through?
A: Check to see that the billing addresses for your TheFanspired.com order and your PayPal account match. If they do, check the rest of your PayPal account information for errors, including your current balance.
